As expected, this year has been an intense one. Let’s shed some light on some of our major achievements:
Introduction of Q-Pilot : early this year, our AI Quality assistant “Q” has been introduced to assist QMS users in their daily work. We are proud to offer the most advanced AI-use cases to simplify daily tasks, drastically save time and increase productivity. BPA software available on GCC High Cloud: following the evolving market requirements and leveraging Microsoft’s latest technological developments, we are proud to announce that both BPA Solutions’ eQMS software, BPAQuality365 and BPAMedical365 are now available in the robust and secure GCC High cloud. This is a fantastic news for all of US government agencies and their contractors, as they can now integrate in their highly secure Microsoft environment our robust and agile QMS solutions.
Supercharged medical compliance: BPAMedical365 software has been improved at its core to simplify transfer over different environments and extend eSignatures at the folder level. >> Learn more about BPAMedical365
User experience at its finest : BPA Apps have been continuously improved to elevate user experience. Our new “step form” drastically streamlines the handling of multiple-step processes with dynamic conditions and simplified UX.
Migration simplified: to streamline the migration experience, a dedicated wizard has been designed, assisting clients in such inconvenient procedures.

2025 will be as intense if not more, with significant advancements and new features planned. Here is an exclusive view of what to expect for the coming year:
Q-Pilot agents: new AI agents will be soon available to help users write content in compliance with specific regulations.
Unlimited access to updated regulations: Q-Pilot will be soon extended to include additional services such as accessing continuously maintained and updated medical regulations.

Extended connectivity with D365 F&SCM: we are moving forward to broadening the capabilities of our Dynamics 365 connector to seamlessly support Finance and Supply Chain Management. As of 2025, Dynamics users will be able to extend their toolkit with robust and fully integrated eQMS solutions. >> Learn more about D365 connectivity
A pre-validated package: a pre-validated software validation documentation package will be made available for BPAMedical365.
Tradeable BPA Apps in Microsoft Marketplace: new tools will be developed to commercialize our apps on Microsoft marketplace.
Migrating clients to modern Apps: prior Classic App retirement in early 2026, our customers employing this version will be fully accompanied along the migration process towards our modern solutions.
