Boris Lutz

CEO & Founder

Boris founded BPA Solutions in 2001. He brings over 15 years of experience in IT, quality management and general management. Boris has a proven track record as a high-performing entrepreneurial leader. He is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing the introduction of BPA’s products and achieving annual profitable growth. Boris holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering, a MBA and a PhD in technical sciences from the Swiss Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). Boris is fluent in English, French and German.

Belinda Schöni

Professional Services & Co-Founder

Belinda has more than 15 years of HR & senior consulting experience leading to a rich background in document & workflow management, CRM, HR and SharePoint technologies. Belinda is responsible for professional services and for the company’s growing human resources efforts. Prior to BPA, she held different roles at UBS within Finance and HR departments. Belinda received a degree in HR Management and speaks fluent French, German and English.

Gilbert Nicolet

Product Development & Technology

Gilbert brings 30 years of experience in the IT Industry and is a unique Microsoft SharePoint expert. He successfully held senior positions in consulting, project management, software development and management. Gilbert is responsible for the technology and product strategy and is leading the BPA development team. Gilbert studied Mathematics at the Swiss Institute of Technology (EPF-Lausanne) and speaks English and French.

Damien Emery

Head of Sales

Damien has over 15 years’ experience in business development and marketing, including 6 years spent in startups in North America and Europe. He graduated from McGill University in Canada with an MBA in strategy and marketing. Damien oversees the sales department, and his role is to grow BPA’s business according to the established strategy. Prior to BPA, Damien held various roles in the retail, construction and IT industries. He is fluent in French and English
